Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed Use

Use AgentRoom for legitimate business workflows such as marketing planning, sales follow-up, customer support, content drafting, internal operations, and client reporting.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use AgentRoom to spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive people.
• Do not generate or distribute illegal, hateful, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Do not submit secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, or regulated sensitive data unless explicitly supported.
• Do not bypass rate limits, billing limits, access controls, or Telegram room permissions.
• Do not use exports or email delivery to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Telegram Rooms

Only connect Telegram groups where you have authority to add bots and process messages. Group admins remain responsible for how AgentRoom is used inside their rooms.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate workspaces that create risk for users, Telegram communities, service providers, or AgentRoom.
