AgentRoom helps teams run AI-assisted business workflows from a web dashboard, with optional Telegram rooms for collaboration. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to workspace users.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address and workspace membership.
• Business profile details you enter, including services, target customers, contact details, and brand notes.
• Telegram room metadata, commands, prompts, workflow outputs, approval actions, exports, and operational logs.
• Billing and subscription data processed through Stripe.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate AgentRoom, personalize AI workflow output, enforce usage limits, provide exports, support security and debugging, and communicate service-related updates.

AI Processing

Workflow prompts, business context, and generated outputs may be sent to AI providers to produce requested workflow results. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless your plan and provider terms support that use.

Data Sharing

We use service providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Telegram, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel to operate the app. We do not sell personal information.
